I purchased this whole app with all the lessons because my 3yr old son loved it. Now with the update they made a whole new game?! He’s so sad he lost his game. And I’m frustrated because I paid for something and now have nothing. I emailed the game developer and got no response. I do think they need to offer a refund or restore purchase for the new game if they completely change the game.

I had this app for more than 4 years. This update is horrible. It is a totally different app. And, I purchased the app and they dropped me to the lite app. So IRRITATED that I now have to find something different for my kids and my preschool students. If I could rate this a 0 Star, I would. Epic FAIL

My oldest LOVED this app and I had introduced my youngest to it and he loved it to. I opened it up the other day for him and it was completely different. My phone automatically updates apps, I had no idea that the entire app was going to change. My boys are so upset as am I.

I had this app for years and had paid for a bunch of extra categories, and my kids loved it and learned tons. Now the next kid wants to play--and the whole thing is changed, and terribly? And I don't believe the developer at all--this was a simply functioning app, there's no reason that it couldn't have been made to work on newer operating systems. Maybe it wasn't making enough money, I don't know; so why not just leave the old one and make a new app? Why force all us happy customers to "update" to this completely different app?

Chaos For Kisses

I have had this app for ALL of my kids. It has been a favorite for all of them around age one. Today, I went to open it and the entire this has changed. It isn't even appropriate for a toddler anymore. The baby just wanted to have a cute train and cannon ball. There were stickers and flash cards. Why get rid of all that? This used to be the first game I would download with every new phone. Now, it is useless! I keep seeing the developers comment to others, "we can't make everyone happy." Please name one person who is happy with this update???

This new update should have been released as it’s own stand alone app this never should have been and update for the old app.If you spent $5 or $10 or however much it was for the extra content it’s gone! All of your old purchases for added content are wiped out you get nothing and like it, seriously email them they will tell you that they knew people would be upset but they did it anyway. After having everything on the old app and doing the update you are left with the “lite version” bare bones demo app. Absolutely asinine decision to do this.

My child loved this app. I didn’t realize the update would change it since I just click update when it pops up. I had purchased packs for my child and now they are useless. This is a completely different app now. Update: company got in touch with me and offered a refund for the previous app purchase. While I still don’t like the new app, I like the fact that their customer service is so great!

Loved the old app better

I did not know this app would completely change with the new update. I wish there would have been an in app pop up notice or reminder so I didn't have to lose such a cool app. The old app was simple, easy and straight to the point for my two kids to learn their shapes. The new app doesn't do it for us. RIP old app. You will be missed.
