I understand you had to change the game to work with the new iOS. What I’m not happy about is that I spent money on the old one just to be updated to the lite version of the new app. Money lost. Super unhappy little girl. Super unhappy Mom.

Worst update ever

Really!? My kids have enjoyed the original app for years. I purchased every category and was impressed with everything. I SHOUL NOT have to read the app description inside the App Store before updating, on the off chance your update is a complete mistake. I already sent an email to your address, requesting a full refund of my original purchase, I suggest you retract your update and keep your customers happy. Upset moms are not what you want if you want to see your app succeed.

I had purchased all the themes in the old version and now I have a lite version of whatever this new app is. My daughter LOVED the old one. This is bogus. I repeat, DO NOT UPDATE!!! UPDATE:After being contacted by developer support and being offered the full version of new I app I want to say I appreciate the effort, but my toddler will not use this new app... again... DO NOT UPDATE!!

My kids loved the app but with the new update it's a whole new app. Don't waste your time & money.

The update is a totally different app with more purchases. So shady! My kids have played the old version for years. Whoever developed this clearly does not have nor has ever spoken to a toddler as it's not at all what they want & the old one was everything they wanted. Again, shady, shady, shady to change an app this much with an update! And don't bother with the "sorry to hear this" garbage.

Very unhappy with this update. 22 month old grand baby can no longer use it by herself. She really enjoyed the popping balloons from the older version. I had purchased the full version and now must again purchase another version! No way! No color! You have to use the back arrow to move forward! Who thought the free version would entice me to buy the full version? No one who ever played a game with a toddler!

What were you thinking??

This is not about Shapes. The upgrade is horrible. My little student with autism is beside himself because it's changed. This was his favorite App. It's so disappointing.

Update: I changed my review to 4 stars. While I still would have liked notice that the app would change with the update, the company did get in touch with me and helped restore my purchase. Original Review: I have had this app for years. Both my children loved it and played it often. They loved it so much that I purchased a few of the packs instead of continuing with the lite version. Then, this update happened. TOTALLY DIFFERENT game! Worst of all, after the update I've been downgraded to the lite version AFTER I PAID! Tried to do the right thing and contact the company directly, but they never responsed. Pretty disappointing since I'm out money AND my daughter doesn't have her game anymore.

The old version singlehandedly taught both of my children shapes- it was simple and easy to understand. They were both around 16 months when learning shapes, and this app was perfect for that age. Now my youngest one doesn’t have our trusty old shapes app!
