Stumbled on this last night and decided to take a chance. My wife and I wanted to go out for dinner with friends and we needed something to occupy the little man with but at the same time was educational for him. It kept him busy while we caught up with our friends. The quiz really kept his interest. There's so many great learning apps out there but not many have made him laugh and learn at the same time. Only thing is some of the words he's not ready for since he's only 7 but now the dictionary app is finally getting used more often which is actually great.

This app is fun. As an adult I am having good laughs reading the phrases and can see how this app could be a great learning tool for young kids to expand their vocabulary as they could be entertained for hours.

What a clever way to learn your nouns and verbs. I loved doing the quizzes and it was soo much fun! Finally an App that is great for kids to learn and have fun all at the same time

Fun, interactive, and rich with vocabulary, shake a phrase is a great way to engage students into learning about grammar and vocabulary! Click on a word to get a definition from a fun sentence or play a parts of speech game, then shake the device for more funny sentences! From an accessibility standpoint I would love to see a setting to turn on or off text to speech for those with reading challenges. This way, everyone can learn new vocabulary!

How does this teach vocabulary? By generating random disconnected words? What is a "gleaming architect"for instance?
