Amazing game but problem with in app purchases

Just today I decided to buy the “unlock all characters” pack but when I bought it it just sat there loading and I never got what I bought the app charges me for what I bought yet it doesn’t give me the characters please fix this!

I like the game so much to purchase one of the starter bundles. The content never delivered. Tried it 2 more times and still nothing. I was charged, but never received my content. Reached out to the dev’s support channels but still nothing. Hopefully this gets their attention.

I was playing and I was buying something for $10 and I didn’t get anything so I go on App Store check my purchased things and I showed I bought it 4 times and I was charged for them and didn’t get anything and you can’t even change your avatars names witch is annoying
