Don’t get me wrong this is an amazing game but I might have hit a glitch, when I finish stage 8-20 it says the next stage does not exist??? If this is normal and I just need more experience it would be helpful to know if this is a glitch plz fix so i can keep playing this awesome game!!!

After playing this game for about an hour, I had already possessed a full team of 6 star heroes(3 of which were maxed out) before I had even finished the first stage of adventures. No sense of progression or accomplishment whatsoever.

You know what why does the game say when you try to awaken a hero it says hero’s currently on a team can not be awakened that’s just sad people

I’ve been playing this game since high school and it’s only gotten better overtime. I’ve been noticing a lot of people saying that in order to play this game you should be ready to “open their wallets”. However, I’ve been playing the game with little to no in-app purchases and have been doing just fine. My only issues are story related, lack of levels, and customer service related. Story: The story seemed pretty clear in the beginning, but then it gets kind of murky as time goes on. They’ve added so many characters (which isn’t entirely a bad thing) that I am unsure where each one fits in their story. Levels: There are too few. There are only 13 stages in the game and once you’ve beaten them all on easy and normal, that’s it. There are no new stages in the game and it’s kind of upsetting. They have a HUGE branching story, but only 13 stages to tell it? It feels like with all the new characters they’re adding, there should be more levels to play rather than just repeating the same 13 levels on a mildly higher difficulty with potential for NPC difficulty balancing issues. Customer Service: I lost my original account and have tried multiple times to get it back only to be told that unless I provide in-app purchase records (that date way back to about 2014) that I cannot get my account back even though I’ve only had one Google account connected to the game ever and they refuse to tell me if it is correct. Mind you, I understand it is probably a security measure, but when I have someone that can send me a screenshot of my original account with my old name still connected to it (which was changed from MTT to &MTT after servers got merged) and I can tell you exactly what Google and Facebook accounts I had connected to the game only for them to somehow no longer exist is rather frustrating. But don’t let my one of probably thousands of reviews keep you from trying this game. It’s very fun and easy to get into!

it won’t update and i deleted it and downloaded it and it still says it needs to update i mean i like the game but i’d like to play it again-

I love this game! They help you get good characters. It is relatively easy to upgrade them. You get gems and gold in game, you get plenty of opportunities to get them so upgrading your character shouldn’t be too much problem. Of course you can buy stuff to enhance your enjoyment with the game but that is up to you. So far, this is my favorite game.

I was able to get into the game a couple of times but out of nowhere the game isn’t allowing me to play. It gets to 16/26 on the loading screen and then tells me I’ve been disconnected from server.

I am on wifi, I downloaded it, did the matching game stuff, and wanted to play, it just keeps saying that I disconnected from the server, I just want to play but your game is bugged, please fix it, it looks awesome...

I lost all gold because of a bug which is drains my gold each time when I play auto play mode (Hot time,Normal time both). Please FIX this one as soon as possible. Please!!! Thank you.
