Good game but scam.

It is an addicting game, I even paid once or twice. However they had a sale for fifty percent extra currency. I paid and did not receive the bonus. I opened a support ticket and they showed me the "sale" did not apply to what I bought, but it in fact was edited to say this and even says edit above where it said that. I even have a screen shot of when I bought the sale. They have lost my business. Sad practices.

I've played this game for a while now and just have to say it has improved a lot and has much potential in its future if it stays its course. Keep up the good work!

Balance is non existent. Game is not pay to win, it's luck to win, pay to increase your odds. Free players can grind out the strongest heroes if they're lucky, paying players can end up with trash. Arena AI is so abysmally bad I've watched their CM rage quit matches while streaming. OP flavor of the month hero is so poorly balanced that new players either get a free ticket halfway up the ladder or are gatekept from competing at all depending on their luck obtaining him. To the game's credit, the graphics are amazing, pve content is fun and presents a challenge, and there are loads of free things given away to keep you going. Although it's a grindfest, it's quite satisfying to build your hero pool and watch them get stronger. Sadly, all this amazing potential amounts to nothing when greed trumps balance and devs completely break their game, leaving players watching in horror as the team they nurtured gets slaughtered 1v5 by a lucky pull from a free daily ticket.

Cash grab, Netmarble does not care

Been playing for 4-5 months. Absolutely do not install. 7knights is a cash grab. Netmarble only cares about its whales in the game that spend $3,000+ a month. They flash deals in your face each time you log in. They do not listen to their users. They do not balance their game. The rates for characters are ABYSMAL. They even blame their users for issues their new update causes. Netmarble released a relatively new unit that absolutely destroys everything. Even the most tanky unit, Rudy, at lvl 40 +5 (which takes at the very least 2-3 months) is destroyed by a lvl 30 +5 Lubu. Lubu has single handedly revolutionized and broke the meta, especially for f2p players. Even if you apend $100+, there's no guarantee of getting him or any units you want. Recently, there's also been an update where certain iOS users crash after playing in PvP, so the match counts as a loss. Netmarble blames the community and says its a memory loss and that they will not do anything about it. Such a lazy, greedy, inept group of developers. Do not play. Do not get addicted.

When ever I enter the arena and win, the game crashes. Please fix this problem so that the game can be even more enjoyable than it already is.
