I honestly deleted this app a while ago because I felt like I couldn’t find time in the day for it (7 actual minutes, I know the irony)…but now that I’m getting serious about my health, I re- downloaded this app and it has not disappointed me yet! You get a REAL workout with their workouts and I honestly love it!

You have good workouts but need to make more features free, it is not exactly motivating to do workouts when u can only do one workout, u need to make like a category with entirely free workouts or just make it where u don’t have to pay for as much

I have used several similar apps but I like this one best. The workouts vary enough that it’s not dull. It’s easy to follow with good animations. Overall, very worth a download.

Some vital notes on Sore Core: to prevent injury, watch your lower back. Always be sure your lower back is pressed to the floor on the exercises that have you on your back,( crunched, alternating heel taps) and on planks make sure your back is straight- no sagging of the lower back. Sore Core has great exercises and you will feel it!

I think you could add more workouts. There are only a few exercises. I wish you could add more. But I really enjoy this app it’s good to build good healthy habits. - OliviaMoore 11
