Some vital notes on Sore Core: to prevent injury, watch your lower back. Always be sure your lower back is pressed to the floor on the exercises that have you on your back,( crunched, alternating heel taps) and on planks make sure your back is straight- no sagging of the lower back. Sore Core has great exercises and you will feel it!
