Hello, I had written a longer review, but the editor in App Store changed screens and lost all the text. So, here’s the short version. And, I see that iOS 13 update is a bad idea, thank you all for posting that info. ....... I found myself scrolling through your device’s menu during a sleepless night. The interface is very nice indeed. My compliments to your graphic designer. The aesthetic and efficiency is most satisfying. I’m using a version 7 iPod touch with iOS 12. Also, the software and hardware in general are really well designed and orchestrated. Please tell me the software tools you use to create your product. Again, my compliments on an all around excellent product. Regards.
App not working work iOS 13

After upgrading to iOS13, rotating the iPhone to landscape freezes then crashes the app. Portrait (iPhone straight up works ok) Again this appears to be an app compatability issue with iOS 13

we have had this app, and cameras, for over a year now... works great for us. The only time we have a problem is if someone inadvertently unplugs a camera.. which has nothing to do with the app. we are very happy with this app.
New issue with app

Our camera screen is no longer able to switch to horizontal mode for better viewing on IPhone & then the app crashes when we try. This has been happening for weeks now, so our family is considering having to buy an entirely new camera system. What is the issue here? Why is the app not being properly updated with the Apple software?

When viewing the camera you can’t switch between full screen and windowed view. If you tilt your phone the app crashes. A temporary solution for those having this issue, on the Device List screen, tilt you phone then tap the camera you want to view. It will open full screen but will still crash the app if you tilt your phone.

I can no longer flip my camera sideways to see an enlarged picture or it freezes and logs me out.

I purchased four cameras in April of 2019 from Groupon. Initially they worked very well but would continuously lose the internet connection. By June they wouldn’t connect at all. I tried to contact customer service and they were worthless!! They never get back to you via chat, and over the phone they hang up on you multiple times before you actually get a hold of someone after calling back repeatedly. I had a promo code so I bought four new ones. (When i did speak to someone they said my cameras may be damaged) The new cameras wouldn’t connect at all. At this point I had 8 cameras and PYLE USA/ SERENE LIFE customer service was absolutely garbage. It is not December 2019 and customer service has not helped in any way, shape or form. DO NOT BUY THESE!
