Waste of time

When the city doesn’t acknowledge issues or clear or close cases. It’s pretty much useless.

If I was close to my Fitbit the signal would drop. I had clipped the Fitbit to my beach chair and I was right next to the chair and app had no signal. Helped me find my AppleTV numerous times, it wasn’t missing just sitting next to my tv.

Great concept, poorly executed

As much as I was hoping for real improvement, I think it’s actually gone backwards. It’s a disorganized app with even more disorganized search results. It’s all we’ve got, so I’ll have to keep using it, but it’s always frustrating.

iOS close process buggy

App doesn't respond very quickly when tapping/pressing the icon to close reports. One other person and myself are directing people to the appropriate place to report issues, because the city doesn't monitor SeeClickFix since they have their own app.

311 not working with Oakland Public Works
