Grrrreat to know this app!

JKL58

When I moved to Oakland I was surprised at the condition of the roads. I mentioned seeing some garbage left on the sidewalk and a neighbor told me about SeeClickFix! For a test I wrote up about a pothole. Within a week it was filled! What a surprise! I’ve been reporting all sorts of incidents like debris, potholes, and sidewalk tripping hazards. I’m impressed with the promptness of the response to fix. I also learned that if anything may be hazardous waste to contact the fire department- who came by the very next day to pick up the 5-gallon cans of used paint! The app is easy to use, similar to the website reporting.

Crazy!

This app probably drives the city guys crazy! However it is very efficient, useful, and appreciated by people like me!

Usually a waste of time

user1063a

App not very user friendly and is only effective as the agency’s using it!

See click fix St. Pete app gone

I give this app for stars for two reasons one There is no iPad app two They change my city app and deleted it without putting a notice on the app saying to download this one I have to find out on my own imagine people that are not tech savvy and would even think about to do that. But this app is better than the website still think it could be improved.

Broken

Pickyaboutalarmclocks

After this app got a big upgrade recently, when you tapped a link in an email notification, it didn’t open the issue and there was no way to find it. Now it does open the issue, but when you tap to vote or change the status, nothing happens. Used to be useful, now it’s junk.

Dangerous tree on State Rd

fjared

Noticed very large, very dead, tree about 15 yards from Rd that serves all school approaches to elementary school. Report brought removal within 2 weeks.

Just renamed Commonwealth Connect

Chemao45785

This is nothing but a copied and renamed version of Commonwealth Connect. I would be OK with that if they at least fixed some of the glitches and shortcomings of Commonwealth Connect. First of all, there’s no intuitive way to sort through issues in your neighborhood. Second, there is really no help through the app to explain certain things. For example, what do the different colors of the pins actually represent? Also, why is it that when I receive an email notification I can’t just click on the link and automatically open the app to that issue? Instead, it opens a web browser which is much more difficult to navigate on a mobile device. I feel like this app is an excellent start to improving our community, but it really needs a better GUI.

Love!

This app is great, it allows you to report issues in your city and the City of Broken Arrow has responded quickly to each of my reports. Thank you City if Broken Arrow!

App is fine

The app is just fine. I understand we need to work as a community. Why do the same people always getting breaks. And have the same code violation. My neighbor never cut her grass unless I post here.
