It was great... But like many others have pointed out, many of the key features such as saving images no longer work with IOS 13.

It looks like the App may be dead. Since Iis 13 update, you can’t save images, I contacted the company without a response. It could be a dead App?!?!

The app used to have a calculator open when logging in. This has disappeared. I preferred the calculator ruse. Also. The app bugs out and locks up almost every time I rotate to landscape, requiring a force quit and restart. Please fix. Also bummed that I paid for file encryption but was promoted to pay more to actually get file encryption. Bogus.

I enterd my 4 digit pin and then I had to enter my secondary alpanumeric password which were forgot. There is no recovery for alphanumeric password. How to recover it ?

Great app, used for years but downloading from browser no longer works with iOS 13. This makes the browser function worthless. Not sure if this app is still being supported. Please update for iOS 13.

I have been using this app for a long time and it has been useful. However, since the last iOS Software update, I can no longer save things like photos! This app needs a software update as wel to fix this. I dropped it to two stars since it lost its functionality for me.
You cannot complain about customer service, because it is non existent!
