Kyms is the only App on the Store that decrypts files in real time, without any waiting! By tapping on a video, for example, it will start immediatly and the decryption will continue in background.
With KYMS you can hide, encrypt and protect:
- Photos: includes also an editor with thousand of effects
- Videos: non standard formats too (Flv, Avi, Wmv, Mkv etc.) ALL DECRYPTED IN REAL TIME WHILE WATCHING!!
- Documents: Pdf, Text - can be created and edited -, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Pages, Numbers, etc.
The KYMS Premium package, available as in-app purchase, lets you hide and encrypt also:
- Contacts: you can import your phonebook contacts or create new hidden contacts.
- Tasks: with expiration date and three priority levels.
- Cards: Credit cards or any other type of cards, with enhanced barcode reader.
- Recordings: You can also record audio files while your device screen is locked.
- Any paper document: thanks to the multipage scanner with automatic page detection.
The media can be imported from:
- Device photo library: select multiple items by dragging your finger and remove them from library automatically after import (iOS 8 is required).

- iTunes: using USB cable or iTunes WiFi sync

Needs ability to sort and search

Files are not imported according to file name (order appears random) and there does not seem to be a way to sort or search files by file name, or any other criteria, which means that large archives are painfully difficult to hunt through. Was told a fix was coming in the next update. Last update was over a year ago. I will update this review if a fix ever happens.

I would love to give this app 5 starts. It almost deserves them. The inability to sort is the only thing holding it back in my opinion.
The app used to be better

I liked it better when this app utilized a working calculator. That’s the whole reason I bought it. Then an update came out which got rid of it and just made it a vault app. Liked the calculator better. Bring it back, or at least the option to use it.

The app is great, however it would be great if the app can display gif files instead of a static picture.

This used to be my favorite app. I could store anything in it. Suddenly, it stopped working. I can go to and see images and clips, but now it does not store.

Whenever I open the app it locks up with a password and no one knows it and I put passwords in there so I can remember my password and my photos it locks it I love this appThank you
Great but needs a few things

It needs gif support and also needs to fix the issue where it doesn’t upload photos in the order you chose. Other than that, it’s absolutely perfect.
