I accidentally deleted the app me re-downloaded it... I entered in my email and it's blank .... is there a way to retrieve content???

The passcode, which I know is correct, no longer works and there's no way for me to get into the app now. I've lost everything I saved to the app. Unacceptable!

Forgotten password on an album - if anyone knows how to unlock it, please let me know!

I locked a video album and when I click I’m forgotten password, it keeps telling me it’ll send me an email to change it, but the email never comes. Any suggestions?

Didn’t say anything about a monthly charge when I downloaded it so once I realized it I deleted and they still charge my account every month. Hey tech team remove me from the subscription!!!
