Forgotten password on an album - if anyone knows how to unlock it, please let me know! – Secret Calculator Vault, private video photo vault Review

I locked a video album and when I click I’m forgotten password, it keeps telling me it’ll send me an email to change it, but the email never comes. Any suggestions?
