I have been having a problem where when I put my password in and tap the percentage button it shows the searching browser but right away the browser slides down and the whole app is white and does nothing. Please fix this!!!

At first, I looked at the reviews to make sure the app was good. All the reviews were really good so I purchased the app. It was all fine at first am I created a password but when I tried to enter, it sent me to a website where it asked me to purchase a VPN app and I couldn’t use the app any other way.

it says in the description box we can reset our password . but i see no link or anything to help me ! i've had this app for almost a year & i've now lost important pictures . thumbs down !
