Weird issue with purchasing more time/texts

Despite being prompted to do so, you can’t buy more time or texts unles you ALSO buy another number. This is super frustrating. UPDATE: There IS a way to do this, see the developer response below.

It works great, however be ready for high cost plus fees that suddenly come out of your account.
Simple for a gate access code phone

I moved to an apartment complex and my PR area code number is read as international so I couldn’t get a gate access code for visitors. I didn’t want to pay $30 a month for a phone line for just that. So I found this app. I first bought the 1 month subscription for $2.99 to test it out. IT WORKED! I have a gate access code now. I no longer have to drive to the gate, go outside and swipe the card to let visitors in. I immediately upgraded to the 6 months $15.99 (which added up to 7 months). I had a question because it said I only had 6 minutes left. I didn’t realize I had to buy the minutes also. I bought the 200 minutes for $4.99 (which I’m pretty sure will last a long time since I’ll only use it for the gate access. It all came down to $23.97 for all 7 months. With a regular phone company it would have been $210 for the 7 months. Just saved $186. WORTH IT!!!

So I paid 2.99 for 10 minutes & 10 text messages ⁉️REALLY ⁉️if that’s the case why is it saying monthly ?it should say 2.99 for 10 minute CREDITS & 10 text message CREDITS & to add/reload credits it going to be higher for 4.99???it’s been 20 minutes since I had the app & im paying for CREDITS ?it should say “NOT UNLiMiTED for 2.99 A MONTH “ somewhere ?

I was having some minor issues with the app. I conveyed my concerns with App support and was completely satisfied with the help in rectifying the issue. Great app

LineUp is a sham. It doesn’t allow you to use your account on a new phone plus you lose your prepaid money if you forget your password. I switched to LINE2!! You get value for money. Erik & his team are only interested in taking your money. Zero Customer Support!!
Takes your money and doesn’t let you login

So this has happened to me twice... I’ve signed up, paid for a line and then I’m not able to login. At first I thought it was because I mistyped my password so I reset it (even though I’m 100% positive it was correct) And then never received an email. Money lost. So I decided to open up another account on another email. I paid for a line and calling. I tried to loginAnd again got an air saying can’t login. Money lost again. Very disappointed
Best app for a 2nd US phone number

I hate when websites ask for my phone number. I have one and I intend to keep it for a long time. LineUp is the perfect app to get a 2nd number that I can give to all the websites. Love it!!
