What has happened to this App!
alzullig

This app, unlike the previous SSO app that worked perfectly, hasn't worked for almost two months now. You can log in, see your ticketed performances, but when you try to retrieve you bar-coded ticket, it always says, "Sorry, unable to retrieve you ticket for this event." When the app started in the fall it worked well, but hasn't worked again since mid-October. Uninstalling/reinstalling the app makes no difference. When questioning the staff at SSO, they just finger-point to the next person...head usher "see Box Office...Box Office, call SSO Main number....SSO Main switchboard, "we don't know anything about it".... Come on! Somebody step up and let's get this app fixed!

Text does not resize
stidhat

Our eyes are not getting any younger but this app does not account for this. Please implement dynamic type so the text will resize and be readable by all. Also, ticket information does not show up.

Not a real iOS app
Peterjhill

This app violates every iOS user interface guideline. When registering for an account, it does not support auto fill. It’s like they weren’t even trying. The default state is “American Embassy”. Why? Why not Washington. It makes me wonder if the same team made their website, where it seems impossible to find existing tickets.

Just a webapp
Emcth

Bad design, just a shell for a series of webpages. Not worth the install, just use their "mobile web app" 'experience' instead.

Poorly written app
Bed hacker

App doesn’t remember your sign in and makes you input account info on every use. Delete.

Great for ticket delivery
irdmaster

It’s nice to have my tickets in the app instead of keeping track of print at home

Great for Already Purchased Tickets
Jac92487

This app is awesome for your tickets that have already been purchased. However, when you try to buy tickets it only shows best available. Would like to see the full seat map to chose my own seats.

Why bother?
BigRiver65

Bought tickets as a gift. Of course they don’t bother to email tickets to you but “they can be retrieved on the app”. BS. “Barcodes for tickets can be viewed 6 hours before the performance”. Great, so I have nothing except a receipt to pass on as the gift. The good news is they have all of my info to send me requests for donations.

This has to be a joke
Jimbabu

It’s 2019, this app feels like it was designed in the 90s when the internet was first figuring itself out. I bought my tickets online, checked out as a guest, but was forced to download this joke of an app and “recover” my account just to create a password to allow me to access my ticket. Please get your stuff together and understand the value of a well designed app. I will avoiding this at all costs and use it solely to navigate and retrieve my ticket when it’s available, which is already more burdensome than it should be.

Really bad!
Rami.AlYousef

All that money and donations and they can’t invest in developing a proper mobile application! The application feels like as if it should be running on a flip phone!
