I've had this app for quite some time and had no issues. But when I finally got enough points to redeem a Best Buy gift card, it never sent me the gift and I still lost all my points that are from about 2 years of play. I messaged them about it three times and have gotten nothing back... this company doesn't seem to care much about their customers.

I’m so mad! My app started acting funny & it would give me error messages. Now it won’t open at all! I try to login, but errors is all I see. I finally got up to 31,000 points! I was trying to get a Starbucks card at 35,000! SAD!

It's fun, I'm not out anything, but lately I can even access the app. Plus, once I cash out I always (7times now) have to notify customer service. I wish I could give this more stars but it's just too disappointing,

They are still saying that there was a glitch so I won get the gift card. This is ridiculous! I also redeem my points for a gift card that I still haven’t receive as yet??? The app still does not open. Deleting this app!!!

I used to use this app with no trouble. Then I stopped using it cuz I was bored with now winning. Now I wanted to use it again but the app has me logged out and I can’t get back in. There’s some weird error saying some things about JSON errors saying “JSON didn’t start or something. I also got a gift card back in October of 2016 to foot locker. I was going to use it but I couldn’t find the time to go and the gift cards expire within like a week of them being emailed to you. I’ll keep the app for a few more weeks to see if these problems are resolved, but I will not keep it forever if I can’t even get into the app.

Don't even bother wasting your time. If you redeem a prize they won't mail it to you. I never got any of mine. And if you won on scratches it's just a coupon that you can find online. Not worth wasting time!!!! I'm deleting this app right now!!!!
