How do I play this game?
Goal is for you to scratch 3 identical symbols. Symbols need to be on 3 fields you select to scratch! After you have made your choice and scratched 3 out of 6 fields, automatic animation will uncover locked fields to show all symbols on scratchcard.
How to redeem a reward that I won?
In order to redeem your wins please go to WINS section and under tab MY WINS press redeem button on each of your wins.
Why are the other 3 fields locked?
You can only select 3 out of 6 fields to scratch! Lock sign will be displayed on fields you can’t scratch soon as you select your 3rd field. Locked fields can’t be scratched! We advise you to go for the center of a field, in order to avoid being locked out with fileds you didn’t wont to select!
What is the purpose of winning points?
Winning points will allow you to open new levels where you can play scratchcards for better rewards and TRADE for additional scratch cards and rewards.
What are the odds of winning?
Odds of winning depend on the number and order of eligible plays

Every time you “scratch off” a ticket it always gives you at least one no win and then you have to “discard” the card just cause of one no win spot. It’s the most annoying thing ever. Went through and read most of the reviews and thought I’ll give it a try and I can tell you it’s a waste of time. I’d like to give it no stars but won’t let me.

I've been playing for a couple days and I finally won something, then I pushed redeem now and when I checked my wallet it wasn't there and it said I didn't win my 20% off Coastal.

This app is very fake ! I won a couple of items and I didn’t get them AND when I clicked on wins it said I had none , don’t get this app if you’re expecting stuff

If I could give this zero stars I would, so frustrating. The app lags and won’t load and I know it isn’t anything wrong with my phone. Also every card I pick ends up being a ’no win` card, which I find extremely ridiculous and unlikely that I’m choosing the wrong cards each time. Also you have to wait a certain time period before you get more cards or you can purchase more cards. Everyone is not a winner this is a waste of an app.

The app freezes and won't let me do anything...typically when I have scratched 2 winners and trying to scratch another. I close out of the app to reopen it and the card has been completely canceled. I am having the same problem many others are having, when I go to scratch it won't let me scratch certain blocks and then it reveals that they are winners (or after I get 2 winning blocks it only let's me scratch one specific losing block.) that's a shame.

i was excited to redeem my coupon even though it wasn’t a gift card, it was just 15% off. however i got the email and when i clicked on it , it said invalid . that happened to all my other rewards to . the coupons don’t work .

Glitches galore...first it kept telling me Id already answered questions but it kept reasking; now it kicked me out and keeps saying an error has occured when I try to sign back in. So i can only assume all my progress and time was wasted. Only gives crap coupons anyway, no real prizes from what Ive seen.

So many glitches... you’re supposed to scratch 3 out of the 6 squares. The ones that are the award are blank... or the awards don’t scratch off so you’re forced to pick the “no win”. Fix your app.

I had this app for a couple weeks & used it when I had nothing else to do... and that was long enough to figure out that this app is totally rigged. First of all, the 2-3 “prizes” I “won” (they ended up giving them to me for using the app—not winning the scratch-off) were just COUPONS. Like, 10-15% off coupons to stores I don’t even shop at?? Secondly, I tried the scratchers. I really did. I’ve lost count of the number I zipped through. Some, I lost because of luck! But I *should* have won some of the others—but the app wouldn’t let me scratch off the winning spot. I would try & it would freeze up/not respond until I moved to a losing spot. Totally not cool. Don’t bother with this app. It’s just a waste of time & disappointment.
