The best for the price, but could definitely be improved

The microphone search feature crashes the app every time I try to use it and the letter "g" doesn't work on the keyboard, so the search functionality is pretty much garbage at the moment, but unfortunately I haven't found a better option yet.
Confusing to use

App seems to work well at times but crashes a lot and the data is often inaccurate. Triggers are confusing and customer support is not helpful at all. Off to find another app for my Amazon scanning.

It doesn’t fit with iphone xsmax.I can’t see the average rank selection in advance triger settings screen.Because the screen doesn’t fit.

I have been using the app almost for 2 months, it was ok until the last update. After the update, when I scan I need to check the Sales Rank and Days w/Sales, after 5 scanning The Sales Rank and Days w/Sales disappearing, and have to restart the app.

With the last update OCR option is not working properly and it always gives hard time. Please improve it.
Used to be a solid option.

The last two updates have really lowered the ease and convenience of the app. After a few scans the rank of items disappears and you have to restart the app. The keyboard feature to type isbn’s can definitely use some tweaking. Some letters don’t type well. For iPhone X when punching in the zero key it doesn’t always take it and then you have to delete everything start all over. App used to be simple and effective but has been going downhill with the latest updates.

Such a good app. Love this app coz I can make excellent customer support with offline database. it's so easy!
