I’m unable to create an account, it keeps giving me the same error, so I’m unable to use the app. Could you please check the issue?

Terrible customer service. Stupid robot lady interrupts my Joe Rogan podcast when I accidentally scan the same isbn twice. Kicks me off if I switch over to using my account on an iPad, and the customer service takes 24 hours to respond so I can’t scout for another 24 hours.

THE BEST APP for scanning stuff!!!! I’ve made so much money and never had any problems with the app used it on android for 2.5 years and a little on iOS and I love it both ways! Customer service is great!

I appreciate the frequent updates, especially when compared with ScoutIQ staleness. But there area few troublesome issues I’ve noticed in your newest release: 1) Unable to type ‘g’ when searching for products. Nothing happens when button is pressed. 2) Scoutly app crashes each and every time audio search is being initiated, ~1-2 seconds after microphone button is pressed.

Incredible app. I’ve used multiple ones and this one has been the best all around. Love the live mode and database mode it offers for when I don’t have signal. The part I love most is that I am able to scan anything and everything. Has tripled my productivity. Highly recommend it.

I have used this app for 4 years now in my book business. I think it’s very easy to begin using, and it has all the bells and whistles you’ll need, including a top notch downloadable database for books, CD’s, video games, toys, and other RA categories.
