Got a 500 dollar ticket because of this app! Directed me to a toll road lane and overall bad with directions. I'm using Waze now

I just wrote a bad review and at the end was asked to select to how many stars to award out of five stars. I selected 2 stars. After writing an exhaustively detailed review of the problems this navigator has, The review software dumped my entire review by statin that my nickname was already taken. It did that at the end of the review instead of at the beginning when I chose a nickname. That was a way of posting only good reviews. This time I'm going to press five stars to test my theory. Oops, they got me again, there's no visible way to post this interview-that choice has been removed from the screen, I guess my number has been flagged as one that gives a bad review. I'll save it and wait for another day to see if that works. Nickname already taken seems to be the method of filtering out my reviews no matter what name I put in it dumps my review and says nickname already taken.

I've had this app for ages, love it and use it all the time. Only once it steered me wrong. Used it to travel out of state. I'm not a fan for the update dumping everything I had. All my recents, my favorites my username everything gone. Not happy about that. Some of that stuff I won't be able to get back.

Lexus incompetence. Completely useless

Not sure if made specifically for Lexus but that's why I tried it. Thankfully the best option by far is to just use your smart phone. It works like a beta version that fails miserably. I tried it several times since it was provided specifically to enhance the Lexus features and software pre-installed (in a new 2017 Lexus). Lexus should be embarrassed.
