Technical problems

I’ve had issues with updating my app for 4 weeks now.. I’ve called technical support 3 times.. they clam that they would fix the issue and still nothing and I pay a monthly bill for this service.. I am very unhappy and on the verge of canceling these services..

This app is ideal for those whom are nervous to check their credit scores. It is a painless and easy process to orchestrate in order to receive all 3 Bureaus (Experian, TransUnion & Equifax) scores & reports.

Although it’s a bit expensive, I’ve been able to increase and monitor my credit score and bring it up following their suggestions. Highly recommended!

I have a few companies I pay to monitor my credit but this is, by far, the best & the price is worth every penny yet affordable.
Great concept but doesn’t work!

The app worked on my iPad for about 6 months then it quit. It keeps crashing after I put in a password or pin. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times and will not help. Takes convenience right out of it. Please fix!
