I used the app to record several of my daughters games. I like the being able to use the remote app to pause and restart the recording as well as save highlights. But there are two major issues. One, the video quality is severely demolished when using the app. Not matter what settings I change. I followed instructions from the troubleshooting steps but nothing helps. The other MAJOR issue. In two separate cases the video did not save. I lost two entire games due to an error in the app when saving to the phone at the end of the games. Terrible.

The app is great but there is one problem. The logo board doesnt take my photos anymore. What is wrong?

The app won’t work on my iPad Air first gen for live-streaming on Facebook. Worthless I assume it only works with higher grade iOS

This app is fantastic as it stands and recommend it to anyone who enjoys recording live sports. I use it for Junior Travel Hockey games and record in 4k, then upload to Youtube in 4k for Coaches or Parents to review. Even though Hockey is not it’s main focus it can be customized for it. A Great feature is it allows you to spontaneously store highlight clips without interrupting your recording of the game. The beauty is these highlight clips always have a scoreboard. Another Great feature is you can pause your recording for timeouts, intermissions, etc. so your entire video does not have unnecessary lulls in it. I see an opportunity for app developers to add a feature for dissolves or screen swipes when the pause button is used. I requested that they add a Penalty clock and a jersey number or at least a Power Play clock and they were very receptive to the idea. I’m hoping adding logos becomes a feature too. PS. It would also be nice to have “EMPTY NET” as a toggle. Update: I am now using another great feature due to COVID. I now livestream since occasionally people are quarantined or not comfortable sitting in the stands and also for the at home sick or out of town family that wants to watch live. I also love the remote app that allows me to concentrate on getting good video and someone else getting the scoreboard updated on their separate phone or pad.
Everything was good except the fact that it wont let me change the scoreboard style

Score cam gives me a low storage warning despite having almost a full 1T available. It will not livestream either. I made sure to have the exact same settings as my older iPad that I’ve live-streamed on for a year and it’s still not working. Asked for help from score cam but they couldn’t help me either. Love the app but it doesn’t livestream on the newest iPad Pro.

Amazing quality App!!! ? love that you can customize the scoreboard and colors! But the best feature is he can record your kids or grandkids or adults or anyone sporting event in the same stop and start feed!!!!! AWESOME!!!!?????
Unable to cancel trial

App will not link to go live in FB group which I thought it would since that option was listed as available once I purchased the subscription with trial. It won’t go live to FB or a FB group. Now I’m unable to locate what ‘settings’ the app refers to in order to cancel during the trial before I am charged. Feels like I got scammed. Buyer beware!!
Great app for Volleyball but lately problem saving video

This has been a great app for filming and capturing highlights of daughter’s volleyball games. This season though now getting quite a bit more error saving video messages and unfortunately lost video. How can I fix this issue? Thanks HB

I paid for the extras but, I recorded (1) basketball game and we play easily (8) a day and it clogged up 2gb’s which is fine. This is why I paid for extra TB’s in my one drive. But, when I go to transfer it the app keeps saying the video has errors and will not transfer. I was only able to record (1) of the games. Due to it eating all of my battery and taking so long for the file transfer. I don’t like that there are only + & - for fouls only I wish this feature was on the points as well because I am constantly swiping to fix it because it keeps going up. Now I have no video of the game and wasted my money and time. I will be looking for a new app, unfortunately now I have wasted my money.
