In all honesty this app is stupid! All it is, is students worried about their refund. There isn't really anything on there other then that.
Convenient app

Definitely a convenient app and easy way to get into contact with admissions/academic counselors that are also on it, or others that may know your question. Giving 3 stars at the moment because the app closes when I try to get into my messages so I can't see who sent me a message or what they sent.
Love it, but...

Love the app, however every time I try to get into my notifications or messages the app closes ? Would give it more stars if the issue was fixed.

It's a nice app and it all works well, but I think it's pretty dumb that you can't go to someone's profile from a direct message. If you want to see their profile, you can't just click on their picture like you can in other parts of the app, you have to search their name in the Directory. Also, you are only given their first name in the messages so you have to just look up "John" and scroll until you see someone with the matching picture. If this could be improved, that would be great! Thank you!

This app is great!! It's conventions and well put together! I have come across one problem though, I don't seem to get notifications when I get a direct message. It would be great if that was fixed!
