It Doesn’t Work

This app apparently has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, mine refuses to recognize that I’m connected to the internet, so I can’t say how much potential it actually has.

This could be a great app if I could even log in. I did everything it asked them had to do it two time and was never able to log in. I even sent an email for help.

This app will only allow one to sign up via Facebook, I don’t want that to be the only option. If you don’t mind, it may be a good app. I don’t know.

I am going to be a freshman at university and I have tried to sign in multiple times and it says something along the lines of my time has expired, but I’ve never been in the app. I also emailed the manufacturers a couple months ago and they have not replied.

I haven’t had a Facebook in about like 6+ years... so when that is fixed and we have other ways to log in, I’ll use it.

Notifications Bug?

I have an iPhone 6 and I tried to activate my notifications for this app. When I did that, I still didn’t receive any notifications even when I get messages on the app. Is this a bug or something?

Can’t even use

For people that don’t have Facebook this app is useless. Especially since its required for some students schooling. People should not be required to have a Facebook to use an app for school ?

So this app worked really great for 2 of my schools. Unfortunately I decided to attend the one which this app does not work. I contacted my school’s IT department and the customer service at TargetX (company that owns Schoolsapp). The lady I talked to was soooo nice and very helpful but the problem still exists.

The app is pretty easy to use once you actually get signed in but the gender options include a few weird things such as “agenda”, “me me big boy”, “earthworm”, “toaster”, “Walmart”, and also “confused by all the options” But other than that, it’s a great app
