Terrible

This is a good example of a good game being ruined in an app. It has none of the fun of the real game, and you can’t just play against the computer - it has to be actual people. When i play games on my phone, I’m playing by myself - i don’t want to play with random people. It’s too bad they don’t have the option to just play. I paid to get rid of ads, but i am still deleting the app. What a waste.
Good game but a few problems

I love this game a lot! I used to play the board game of this and I loved it and when I saw this in the App Store I was so happy! I just have a few problems. One time I clicked the button that fills in the answer for you. (One with the check mark) But when the round ended it said the answer wasn’t correct. And when I’m low on coins and I try to watch a video to get 20 coins, it won’t let me watch it. And the keyboard is kind of glitchy. Besides the few problems the game is great!

I love Scattergories, but I feel like I spend half the time of my game trying to type around the app’s keyboard glitches. And their filter for “bad words” is super sensitive, to the point that I was docked for playing Nicholas Cage. I’ve been playing for a few days, but I’m about to delete it because the keyboard glitch is so frustrating.
Fun, but....

Fun game, you don’t often get repeats of categories. Big downside is the keyboard is not very responsive and can be quite frustrating to use. Hopefully will be fixed in the future, it’s difficult to type words quickly.

Why are some of my answers changed? My answers are perfectly fine (not offensive), yet the system will sometimes change them & it makes NO SENSE! Just accept what I type, why is that so hard?

I played the board game and loved it and thought I’d see if they have it for electronics. I was excited when I found it, BUT, after playing it I don’t like that when I put an answer in it more than half the time changes the spelling to something that makes no sense. Then some of the answers you put like example movie title is what it’s asking and I put Scary Movie...it’s a real movie but counts it wrong ? lastly I don’t like that you are using the same few letters over and over again. A big change is needed for me to keep this.

Scattergories is one of my favorite board games, there is just one difference about the app. The app gives you ten points for one right, when in the board game, it is one. Scattergories also has another major thing which is dumb. Whenever you tie in score, it'll say someone won, sometimes even when it is a tiebreaker, they get the points! The unfair thing about it is that you get only one hint during each level. Especially you can't even pick the letter! Sometimes there is no answer for the category, but that is unlikely, it would be bodacious if you gave us another hint when we do not know it and there is none. Another useful existence would be to let us play every time. I hate games when they don't let you play them and you have to wait a few days to wait. Only if the game is addictive. I hope you read this review, I do love the game in a way including the occurring glitches and mistakes. Four stars for you!
