I have been charged wrongly

I have been charged though I deleted app immediately. Why is it so ? How do I get my money back ?

I canceled the auto renewal on the first day of using this app. They still ahead and charged me over $50 which is an extremely high amount. There is no customer service number to call, so you just have to send unanswered after unanswered email and kiss your money goodbye.

By downloading the app you unknowingly agree to be sign up for a $49.99 year subscription. They claim this app is set up just the same as any other app, but not once have I ever been automatically signed up for a annual subscription for an app. The app does not state the price when you first go to download it like other apps. Also there is an option, once you are changed and realize you’ve been wrongfully sign up for a years subscriptions, to choose a weekly subscription for $1.99. If the average person really needed this app, which I did not because there are FREE apps available in the App Store, then I’m sure they would have chose the option to pay for a week, not a year just to see how it all works. I hate this app and whatever company runs it! It’s a SCAM and I wish I would have glanced at the reviews before downloading it. Also, I do not believe these “positive reviews” are done by the actual consumer, but hey that’s the way people do business now days. *Customer service* if you would like to help, I would appreciate a refund as I was wrongfully charged like so many others who have downloaded this app.

I never review any apps (even the bad ones) but this is just HORRIBLE! They lock you into these annual subscriptions and then you don’t get your money back. Follow the first review and save yourself the trouble! Not even worth the 1 star.
