This apps charge me $49.99 after one week and now I’m having trouble of cancelling it. I havent used it and yet it charge me $49.99

charged me. they did not send a subscription notice email. so i did not get an opportunity to cancel it. it’s not even a good quality scan.. looks like a picture i could’ve taken on my camera

This is a SCAM app. They are so sneaky that without you even realizing they make you start a $20/mo subscription for this scam app that is not working. 20 DOLLARS a Month!!!!!! While you can use the best scanner app for $5.99 with one time purchase at most. This app shouldn’t be allowed to be in the App Store with a subscription model at first place. So i know there is going to be a lot of people that wanna cancel their subscription once they realize what kind of Scam they are in...Let me help you guys in advance! To cancel the subscription or trial 1. Go to your phone settings 2. Find Appstore & Itunes Account from the list and click 3. Click the email adress on the top of the page 4. Click “view Apple id” 5. Scroll down and find the subscriptions from the list. Then click 6. Once you click subscriptions, you’ll see the active subscriptions 7. Click PDf scanner icon and you’ll see the cancel button under the page. 8. Click cancel to finish subscription or trial Last word for the developer of this s..thole. No more stealing people’s money by making scam apps. If you don’t fix this sh.t in a week I’ll also submit your app to Apple review team as a fraud concern and misuse of subscription model. You better take it serious while you have a time to fix it!

I’m a type of person to not always believe what some reviews say.. but unfortunately what everyone is saying about this app is true. Please follow the instructions from the first review before you get charged. Don’t waste your money or time with this, go buy the actual app for $6.00.

I recently got this app to send a document. One document, and was billed 49.00$ !!! Are you kidding me!!! I thought this was a free app, i do not need a 49 dollar subscription just to make a pdf. I agree with above. It feels like a scam....i know the “scanner team” will say its not a scam, but if you make it “not refundable” that feels like a scam.

This app is not recommended they take advantage of subscriptions to bill you for a year even if you delete the app. Make sure to cancel subscription.
