The VPN bogged my phone down. Half my apps wouldn’t work and my connection was super slow. Not worth the $10 they were going to pay me. Deleted it before my first survey. Don’t forget when you delete the app you have to delete the VPN profile....

I could not load anything that required the internet after downloading. Not sure how you get the money either.

I downloaded this app and my WiFi and personal data immediately stopped working. My iPhone became a brick essentially. If you’ve already downloaded this app and are experiencing the same issues. I’d suggest deleting the app, going to setting▶️ general▶️ profile and device management, then deleting the data m. The info stays in your phone unless you do this

I can see where all the frustrated customer reviews come from. I’m fairly tech savvy. This app has several steps to set it up and if you do any one of them incorrectly the app won’t work and your phone tanks. I can tell by reading the many comments that people generally either don’t follow instructions or don’t pay close attention to what they are doing and if something goes slightly different have no idea how to correct it. My app works seamlessly in the background and the VPN kicks in just fine. You just have to turn it off if you want an apple ios update. Not sure there is a solution to make things easier because a lot is going on to set this up. Might want to warn people but that could scare them away. On the other hand negative reviews from frustrated customers get you nothing.

After installing this app because of the incentive of $5/month for having the app on your phone. I literally just installed it 30 minutes ago and now I can’t get into my email, iTunes, Netflix, Pinterest, Instagram. I restarted phone twice with no new changes. App will have to be deleted if I ever want to waste time and scroll through Pinterest for an hour or binge watch stranger things 2 for hours upon hours ever again.

I set up this app EXACTLY like its said in instructions, but after that it blocked my internet connection. Dear developers, test your software, give it somebody who’s not familiar with this app before publishing. Sad, but this app isn’t ready for customers - awful tutorial and poor design.
Cool idea, fails in reality

If I have to choose between an extra $5 a month or access to Snapchat and Hulu, I’m going to choose the one I spend $12 on monthly. I’ve only had the app on my phone for 12 hours so I’m trying to see if there’s a way to easily disable it while I try to use other apps or not
Not worth the aggravation

They release an app that is riddled with bugs, which does not play nice and disables other network dependent apps and expect you to spend hours on an app that only pays 70cents a day. Perhaps Luth Research should budget more for quality assurance than marketing.

Last time I downloaded this app it made everything slow and not work properly. Have you guys fix the bug? If so I'd be glad to try this again.
