If I could rate it zero ⭐️ I would! This app, once I installed the profile and enable the VPN (which you have to do), it messed up all my smarthome stuff. HomeKit didn't work any longer, my home wifi network became just about useless to where there was no internet connection or even recognizing other devices! I would like to be able to keep the app and get paid to have it but how can you learn from my usage when it disables my device?

Deleted this app and it's profile on my phone less than 2 hours after installing! It slowed my phone down horribly and it would take my phone 1-2 mins to connect to my home wifi network after unlocking my phone. As for the app itself it kept saying that the vpn was not set up even though everything was properly set up. I had to keep turning vpn off and on to get it to register with the app. This app is not worth $5 a month per device to have my new phone act up that bad. Listen to all the reviews. I thought maybe it would work for me but sadly it didn't.

I should have read the reviews before downloading this app. As soon as I did ,it slowed my apps. I wish they would improve this app but for now I'm removing it.

I downloaded this and immediately deleted it and I still can't turn the VPN off to use my wifi. My wifi doesn't work anymore. How is this app still even in the App Store!?!

Same experience as all the rest of reviewers. Slowed iPad internet , slowed phone internet. I guess if they want to see how people react with slow internet speed this is a good app. Other apps like cross media panel run in background and dont slow your equipment down.

I remember downloading this months ago and encountering the same problems as... well, everyone on here. Just downloaded it again, and the connectivity issues seem to be alleviated. It hasn't been very long since I reinstalled the profile, so the problems could still reappear. But, the first time, I remember experiencing the issues pretty much immediately. Not the case now.

Used this app for about a year. At first, it'd make some apps unusable. In the last few weeks, it won't allow me to access safari because there's an issue with certificate. It's not worth the money to keep this installed on all of my devices.

Pretty much made anything on my phone that requires a connection to time out, whether I was on data or wifi. Can't use the internet, or any app that requires internet. Had to remove, my career relies on using a connection.
