My builder recommended an integrator that gave me this old outdated savant host system a few years ago. This system and app has always been pretty poor. Now the app no longer works in the new iOS and iPhones. I can’t believe you have to pay idiot integrators to install a closed system from savant ... a LOT of money... then savant stops even supporting it. I just want my lighting to work! Fix the app savant!

I was tremendously disappointed when I got my new phone and could not control any of my music and media. I use this app more than anything else I n my phone. Please update this and support all of your existing clients.

It seems to works if installed prior to upgrading to iOS 14. However, does not work if installed after iOS 14 is running (at least that is the case on iPhone 12). Are others having this issue? Has anyone found a work around for this issue? Clearly Savant has abandoned us.

I’m using this app for years with my iPhone 7. I just bought an iPhone 12 mini and it’s not working with it, but it still works with my iPhone 7. Both have the same iOS. Please release an update to fix this!

App will not work on new Apple devices (iPhone 12 Pro & iPad Pro) will get a new screen download prompt but will not shift to user interface. Please fix. Have used Savant for many years in different homes and prefer this app to the newer version.
Stop Working After I Purchased New IPhone 12

The app stop working after I purchased an iPhone 12 with 14.2 software, But my children have iPhone 11 And an iPhone SE with 14.2 software that does work. So why does the app work with some 14.2 software and other phones it does not? We have asked Savant but have not received response. Could the answer be a small app fix? Why doesn’t Savant do that?

If you don’t value your money and don’t want to be able to connect to your system, you’ve found your app. Things that function better than this include a Dictionary written by Joe Biden, the Challenger, and the Montreal Expos baseball franchise.

Trying to get this to work on iPad and iPhone. No luck. No help from Savant. Our installer told us working with Savant has become impossible..
