LOVE the game but there is a lot of adds

Very fun and addictive game but you want HOW MUCH a week $5.99 or $20 a month. Omg that is just greed! The game is great but it’s absolutely packed with ads. After every single level, if you have to restart, then to get the keys for the chests, constant ads ads ads. You can’t scroll up and down the screen unless you pay the subscription. You can’t get some of the ball effects and you’re inundated with ads unless you pay for the subscription. This is definitely one of those apps I would say don’t need a subscription. You would do much better asking for a one off fee. Let’s face it the game isn’t something you have to update or do things regularly with. By the looks of it you don’t even reply to the comments you get. You would get much more I’m sure if you asked for a one off price to unlock everything. That said, providing the price isn’t some ridiculously greedy price like to be honest the subscription is! Who has that sort of money to pay a subscription for a game!?!? Seriously. I do like this game but it’s not going to last because I’m absolutely sick of the ads and sick of not being able to scroll up and down the screen. Plus the coins you collect... what are they for once you have collected all the different balls? Please please just consider asking for a one off fee rather than a subscription. I can’t see I’ll be playing on it much longer as I truly am getting fed up with it now. Was much better when I had the trial even though it lasted all of 3 days!!! If you want money that much where you have to put a subscription for this, well honestly I think you would do much better charging a one off fee. Depending on the price I would sure pay it. I refuse however to pay that much for a subscription. Sorry. Great game ruined by greed.

Okay game to pass time but we’re collecting coins for what purpose? Can’t buy power ups or gems? Useless.

Ice island won't load

Ice island won't load no matter what I do. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have turned on and off the wifi. I have played other levels and then went back and it never loads and you have to shut the game down because it basically freezes and you can't do anything

I love this game and okay it daily but now I can’t get ice island to load on 2 devices. I’d buy the premium but it’s way too much a month.

Water sprayers don’t work; no Ice Island

Water sprayers STILL don’t work and the loading screen freezes when I try to get into Ice Island. For a company who has such an expensive VIP package, they don’t seem to have a great Quality Assurance team.

I LOVE THIS GAME but I would like it if they added more balls also some of the adds are still very inappropriate for young children it’s better but I still get them I deleted from the family iPad because of the inappropriate adds please get rid of them completely

I’ve been playing this a long time... lately there’s been some game ads that are just wrong... you think this game is harmless... I was offended by them... I will be deleting this.
