Island won’t load - no support

The game is addicting and kinda relaxing, but support doesn’t exist. Every time a new update is released it breaks something or the island won’t load. Most recent release added a new island, when I click on it, the game feeezes up. Tried emailing support, but email address doesn’t exist. Running iPhone 7 with latest iOS update.
Keeps kicking me off VIP

I love this game, I love it so much in fact I pay for the VIP(which is expensive) to have VIP perks and no ads. However, lately it keeps kicking off my VIP subscription in the actual game, even though my payments every week are going through. It's getting really old. I was playing this afternoon and all was fine but then by this evening it says I don't have VIP anymore. Someone please fix this glitch as it keeps happening more frequently, if not I'm cancelling??♀️.

I had over 1 million diamonds and was saving up for when they finished whatever they were working on and they basically said here’s 2500 Coins and took my million diamonds. Don’t wanna play anymore.
No stars anymore in game

After a while you will not be able to collect stars to complete islands. Happens across multiple platforms. They just stop working.

Some glitches recently

Are you going to fix the glitch with the latest ice island levels added? Every time I try to open that island the app crashes. I hopefully don’t have to uninstall the app to reinstall and lose all of my score and progress...
