Don’t Update!!!!

The most recent update has caused the rocket function to basically break. I can no longer mange tickets and accept transfers even after locking in and authorizing it a million times. If you are going to switch your tickets to an app and not allow printable tickets... they better work.

No Wallet Support

This upgrade is a downgrade. Wallet support has appeared to be removed. Which means dealing with the idiotic UI when trying to scan tickets. Whoever decided that it should show two tickets by default when it is sideways should be fired.

Mobile ticketing system is absolute garbage. Too many hoops to jump through for transferring and you introduce additional parties when you used to just print from home. And here's one more thought... what if someone doesn't have a smartphone? Worst idea you can have. Sharks organization making a stupid move like they're trying to emulate the 1-9 49ers.
Slow and full of bugs

On a good day everything is soooo slow to load. On a bad day nothing loads and key features don’t show up. Sharks 365 badge was present but has disappeared and hasn’t been seen since. Unusable.

Why take away the ability to use Apple wallet? Forcing people to stay in your app just annoys your customers.

It is terrible the I must have a mobile device and this awful app to attend sharks games. I don't plan to buy tickets from these pretentious fart sniffers again any time soon!
Very poor
Quite Frankly
You would think that since The Sharks force you to use this app for ticket management at the game it would actually work well. I have to delete it and reinstall frequently to have my tickets come up. Must be an SAP product.

Worst app in hockey. Can’t even use ticket portion as it fails to login to Ticketmaster. Screw this app, i’ll just use the ticketmaster web instead. These app developers should be ashamed of themselves. I wish i could give it0 stars.
