This app is a lower quality than the apps competitors have available at other stadiums. Food and Beverage should be the easiest to execute via this app. However, all that you will find available are beverages. The app also restricts availability to club seats only. I can order all of this in my club seat already from the attendants; so it's a waste for the rest of the customers. San Jose Arena, and Silicon Valley Sports & Entertainment, is still pretty far behind. C'mon VenueNext, consult SVSE better!

News not updated for a week, no easy way to follow the game real-time in the app, digital tickets have been a nightmare. A true embarrassment for a team smack dab in the middle of Silicon Valley. P.S. If you pick a nickname here in the review section that is taken it will give you a pop-up box with a note stating as much with only an "Ok" button. Once you click that your whole review disappears and you are forced to do it again. Terrible app, terrible app store.

The worst hockey app conceivable. Is there a game going on right now? No idea, because the app doesn't say. Who is on the team? Not important enough to put in the app, just a link to the sharks website. When is the next game? Good luck finding the schedule page, and when you do its going to be in list form, so I hope you know what day of the week March 15th is going to be. If you are going to make a cash grab by inserting payment services into the app then it would behove you to make an app people want to use. And also respond to feedback, everyone has hated the app for months now. At the very least roll back to the old version until you can get it together.

The new version of this app is terrible. I no longer live near SJ so I rely on this app for updates /scheduling and finding what stations the games will be on. The old app was all about the sharks- the game, the score, where to watch. The new app is all about money and how they can get you to spend more instead of being about the team. It's a bummer.

This app was great in previous seasons. The update this season is awful. My main complaint is you can't listen to the game in the background, the app has to be open to a blank black screen.

I really tried to use this App, but I give up now not even halfway through the season. This app is so bad and slow you really need to start over and start a new app.

Sharks Fan for life
I used to love my Sharks app and used it every day during the season, now I can't even find out game info without getting frustrated. So sad that it is easier to ask Siri what the score of the game is than open my app and have to hunt for the score. Please bring back the old app. âšī¸

Quick trial
Maybe it's changed in the past week but I don't have an issue. Pulls up my tickets. Schedule is clear. News and video. Might be nice to have a scroll at the top when games are on with current period/score/time but all and all I think this app works. Try it. (Wish it wasn't 86MB though)
