No support for galaxy fit2 despite claims

The app does not appear to support the galaxy fit2. It says it does, and in the screenshot on the App Store there is a button for it, but when I downloaded the app, that button is not there and the app does not see the device, even though I’m connected to it via Bluetooth
Can we fix this ASAP???

Every time I get a notification on my IPhone XR saying my fit is disconnected. I ask to get this fixed ASAP so other people can continue using this app without any issues. ??????????

I cannot find galaxy fit 2 in device selection for the very first pairing Only 3 types of the lowest row devices- galaxy fit e, gear fit pro, gear fit 2 are shown and the upper 2 rows- galaxy fit2 and fit won’t show up even though many trial. Plz fix this bloody bugs.

I got the galaxy fit 2 a week ago, I installed the app on my iphone and it does not appear in the list of devices, I would like some answer to the compatibility of the app with my iphone

Every time you are away from phone and then you come back within blue tooth range, it looses connection, needs to be reconnected as a new device and looses previous data… does not automatically recognize iPhone … pathetic…!

The app and the watch keep disconnecting even when close to each other. Also the weather keeps turning itself off for no reason and then I can’t get a forecast. It also restarts randomly on its own. Please fix these issues.

It’s perfect for me and my lifestyle. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it doesn’t have a widget to add to the band that measures walking up steps. I live at the bottom of a long hill and I like to measure the climb up.
More faces to original Fit

Add more faces to the Original R370 Fit, and the firmware needs a step length adjustments, it always marks a shorter distance when I’m walking.
