Very disappointed that this does not work with iPhone no matter what you say. I guess that gives me a reason to get rid of all Samsung products now

I have an iPhone 7 and I can not connect it with my fit bit . It will connect with a Samsung phone but not mine

Acho que é a décima vez que eu baixo esse aplicativo na esperança de funcionar. Tenho um Galaxy Fit 2 e esse aplicativo não funciona. Qual é a dificuldade da Samsung deixar ele compatível com a pulseira que realmente as pessoa tem em grande quantidade? Gente quem tem aquele Gear Fit 2? Pra pulseira que ninguém tem vocês deram suporte. Façam o favor de arrumar isso desenvolvedores da Samsung. Aguardo vocês resolverem a falta de compatibilidade no Brasil com a Galaxy Fit 2.

I love this device I really do but it randomly does this “download mode” thing. The screen turns on and off, it disconnects and reconnects from my phone and the app over and over again. Sometimes it’s only for a few hours other times it’s for several days, and I can’t use the watch at all when it does this which really annoying. I don’t see anything about it on the FAQ or user manual so I don’t know how to fix it. ?

I can’t receive notifications from message app (SMS, Mail, Line..) Other app can make notifications. Of course, I confirmed that the settings are correct. Why? UPDATE: In the first place, there is no item to get iphone notification in notifications settings of galaxy fit app (Galaxy Fit app → Notifications→Receive notifications) . I'd like to send a screenshot of it, but here can't send a photo. UPDATE: I decided to return it. But apart from that problem, it was a very good watch. Thank you.
Doesn’t work on my current phone

I got this app on my siblings phone a while a go because my old phone was out of storage. The app was great and it let me do pretty much anything I wanted it to. Then I got a new phone with more storage after my old one broke. I tried to see if I could work out how to set it up on my new phone. I connect my watch to the phone with Bluetooth and then when I open the app the type of Galaxy Fit I have doesn’t show up on the list. Very disappointing.

Overall. I liked the watch. But im using iphone., I cannot use the quick response message feature.. i searched online,then i found out that it only works on samsung phone.hope they can fix that issue. Great product. Worth the price
