A lot of sounds for sure but very few updates or improvements over the years. People are going to trust other brands (e.g. Korg) because of updates. The GUI is no very good, also the multi mode interface pretty bad. What about au3 or separate controls for layered sounds ? The rating of this app keeps getting lower and lower. Hope in a comeback of this company in the iOS world.

If you guys did would you guys please add these features feature number 1 mapping view where you can add your samples And map them to multiple keys and zones Number 2 edit view where you can edit and customize your samples and waves Number 3 record view Where you Can record from the microphone or inter app audio Number 4 Add all instrument categories number 5 Multi sampler folder view where you can name create and save the instruments and samples that you’ve created number 6 multi sampler import view where you can import your samples from Drop box The files App audio copy audio share and even from the web browser Like Sfz /sf2/ Exs/ exs24/ and even multi sampler instrument files number 7 multi velocity sensitive keys and pads and number 8 free updates and notifications for registered users like more new instruments more new effects and even new features number 9 please make sampletank as an audio unit

The sounds are good and I will allow you your faith ( the object that tells you everything is going to be ok ) but the price YOU pay for it carries consequences you cannot fathom. I have given hundreds of what obviously is your faith and I hope you enjoy your temporary happiness. Give me the rest of what I paid for. I bought the app, the expanded, the pro, the grid, Miroslaw 1 and 2, the entire sonic synth package, cinematic percussion, orchestral percussion and the american acoustic. I have shaded choices in the instruments as well as shaded keys on instruments that can go further up or down the scales. Do not press me to use my voice further. On top of a narcotic users character , all the samples are popping still on 13.3

Not impressed!
Awesome synth
I took a chance on SampleTank, and ended up also buying the app's "full sound pack" for $20, which, it turns out, isn't the full sound pack at all. To have all the nicest sounds, one could easily spend over $100. As it stands now, of the sound pack I did purchase, there are fewer than 20 that are worth even playing. And the string/orchestra sounds (without spending an extra $54) are mostly quite terrible, with the exception of the harp, which is quite pretty. Not an app I'm pleased with in the slightest. First time I've spent this much on a iOS sound source app that I found really very weak.

The upgrade seems that it has more to do sell expensive in app purchase sounds not listed here.

Confusing purchase

So you can get the free sample tank and buy the 40 dollar sound pack? I just spent 20 on the paid version and now I have to spend 40 more to get all of the sounds that I could have gotten for 40 with the free app? This needs to be clarified.
