Waste of lives

I have played this game for awhile now. I have seen it thru unfair stages where I would have 15 moves to finish one more task and the game would never give me the color I need to complete it so I wasted a heart. To stages where the enemy would constantly take away the jewel colors so then the game would not give you the colors to beat them. But this new glitch is getting on my nerves. Every time I go to the limited time stages I get the black screen spinning wheel of crap that refuses to load the stage and forces you to back out of the game only to lose a heart in the process. This game is going downhill fast.

I honestly love this game, it’s a cute thing to play, plus the fact you have sailor moon stories playing out as you progress is nice, only thing is the music is super repetitive, maybe add some of the OST from the series? Other than that, I like it

ww6cbc82b I use to play on my Android but it’s destroyed and have to start from scratch. Which is ok. My love for sailor moon will get me through it

A glitch made me lose 2 years worth of game play because I did not have the randomly generated 16 character password (we can’t create passwords, only user names) there’s no way for them to contact with the old user name. It is ridiculous!
Game backup is UNRELIABLE and no compensation offered for lost purchases/progress

Recently I had to restore my phone to factory settings. Before doing so I made sure to follow the in-game instructions for generating a data transfer password to back up my game. After my phone was reset, I re-downloaded the app, went to the data transfer screen, and entered my password. Then I got an error message: “Cannot transfer data on same device.” What the heck? I play a lot of mobile games and I have NEVER heard of such a restriction before. I opened up the app anyway, and found that my game had been reset to the way it was six months ago: All my event-limited characters, gone. All my map progress, gone. All my purchases, gone. I emailed support and this was their response: “Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience; however, if you reset your device or if the application was re-installed, the game will also be initialized/reset. Thus, we are unable to provide any compensation for cases such as the one mentioned above. In addition, we apologize, but we are not planning to have the game data connected to any SNS sites like Facebook or Twitter at this moment.” In short, BUYER BEWARE. The game has a bizarre inability to back itself up on the same device, and the transfer password only works when you transfer to a different phone. This is NOT made clear on the in-game backup instructions. It’s also something I’ve never personally encountered before, as all my other games were able to restore my accounts on my reset phone with no problem whatsoever. So I’m warning you all now!!
Bug or Error Support!

Dear Bandai, there seems to be a game error on the 2nd Anniversary Special Event. I understand you don't communicate per game tips; but, this is not a tip. I think there is an error on Course 5 Stage 2. Please know I am communicating in good faith and charity and not seeking game tips at all. I play fairly and honestly. I'm an experienced RPG player. Allow me the opportunity to get to reason for writing. The reason I write is because I believe there might be a bug. There is no key to collect on Course 5 after completion of Stage 2 after all other courses are cleared. If I am incorrect, I apologise and won't bring this question up again. If I am correct, will this bug be fixed? Thanks Appreciate You and Kind Regards. JenG

When i go into the app it starts up like normal and when it goes to the levels page, cant tap on nothing so i end up closing it and restarting it and it works but its annoying everytime.

Being a huge fan of sailor moon this is a dream come true this game goes through the entire sailor moon story in a fun way and still keeps the special well felling sailor moon has this game is really fun.

I have been playing this game for over a year, sometimes daily and sometimes not often. But I have been very pleased that there are a reasonable ads, and really great that I have played happily without the need to pay to really work. I would consider a getting paid app version of this game.
