So annoying

Shelbis57

This app is certainly more annoying than it’s worth. I have had it on my phone for 2 hours, and sometimes I am fine online, and then suddenly I can no longer connect. I’ve been at the same location, my home, during this time. I’m done and over it with this app!!

Gave This Another Chance

debjunie

I gave this a second chance due to the fact I am a customer and the company for everything else is great. The same issue came up the protection is on when I’m not on Wi-Fi then when I sign onto the network I cannot turn on safe WiFi despite multiple attempts and setting changes it says I’m not on Wi-Fi when I AM! So what is the point of paying a monthly fee for getting absolutely no protection well this is my fault anytime I’ve ever given a business a second chance it’s backfired on me that won’t be happening again I can guarantee:(

Buyer Beware

MaroGuy69

No mention of in app purchases, but my bill jumped $3.99 this month. I then tried to cancel the service per the instructions and there is no such service offered on the VZW website so unable to cancel. Guess I will have to call to complain and have it removed. Beware!!

VPN

Seems like a good app. I realized after downloading it that I already have a vpn that works well. So I deleted the Verizon app. If I need a new vpn I will certainly download this one again. Thanks

RipOff

PinkRoses56

Received message alert from Verizon that line legible for “add-on”. Chose the Safe WiFi as it was listed as “FREE”, confirmed $0 monthly charge to my account. After app install and setup I kept receiving alert messages on phone telling me LTE alert light issues occurring, but data usage not affected, Verizon working to resolve issues. Decided to uninstall app, and when I went into my Verizon account to remove “add-on” I found that my account was actually going to be charged $3.99 a month!!! How did the “add-on” go from “FREE” to “$3.99” in less than 10 minutes??? RipOff and False Advertisement!!! After 6 years of being a Verizon customer, I’m very very disappointed with Verizon regarding this issue.

Do not use - does not work

I tried this VPN since I am a Verizon customer but it does not work. I went from 1.16/1.36Mbps download/upload with VPN turned off to 0.65/0.00Mbps on 1st test and then 0.05/0.00Mbps on 2nd test. I reset my phone and tested a 3rd time but it never could ping a site. Turned off this VPN and tried a free one with adds and my internet is working again. I am deleting this app.

3.99 charges when the website says FREE

AnyMo01

I’m glad I read the reviews prior to completing set-up. I went online to review my account and this popped up saying I was eligible for additional protection for free. I of course agreed, however when I came to the reviews I noticed someone was billed. I immediately went back to my account and cancelled and received a message stating -3.99 would be refunded to my account. Not cool, Verizon! Btw. Nowhere did it mention a trial period. ??
