It doesn't block apps that I have set for my kids to not have access. There are a lot of bugs. There should be an option to set a specific time for screen time other than a time frame. I want to like it but... it needs more work.

This app has so much potential but just falls so short! I think having the ability to control individual apps would be better than grouping the apps together. Places doesn't work at all, nothing shows up. Lastly, a screen time limit feature would be great, but doesn't appear to exist, there are very limited settings and useful features.
It's hit or miss

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I use it on my daughters old iPhone 4s and was working great at first. But sometimes when I change the screen time, the new rules never take affect, even after an hour or a day. Sometimes when it supposed to allow her to use her apps, they are disabled, they disappear and don't come back unless I remove the management file, which basically uninstalling the parental controls. I recently downloaded this app on my other daughters iPad mini and cannot seem to get the allowed screen time working. I save the new cutoff time, it tells it will take a few minutes to take effect. I check her activity, then go back to edit screen time and the new time I chose is not what I see, but the default times of 6:00am to 9:00pm, I need the cutoff time to be earlier! This is so annoying.
App doesn't work

Downloaded the app, but it doesn't work. Won't even let me sign in. Just keeps telling me they are having technical issues and to start the app over and try again.
Ipad is no longer working

The program locked up the iPad. Customer support is not helpful. Waiting on engineers to fix the bugs. Would have been nice if they tested the program before releasing. Update - fortunately, the App Store allowed me to finally delete it.

I loved this app to start with but now it is limited access to apps that I granted access too including his flashlight which is ridiculous. Every time I get on the app lately it says that an error occurred and to restart the app. I restart it and it does it again. Please fix this or I will be forced to find a different app
What happened?

This app started out amazing and it did everything we needed. For free! It Blocked adult content, apps, purchases, set time limits.. then one day it had a bug and I had to call to try and fix it. Instead I got rerouted to someone who didn't understand me and they added my iPhone to the mix and then MY apps were getting blocked and my sons set up disappeared. I'm still trying to get it out of my phone. What a mess!
