I’m upping my review on this, as they keep improving it. Their Bill Pay is finally smart and does everything I want, and more than I expected. Statements are accessible, so I think I can finally stop having to go to a browser to balance my checkbook. I use this app multiple times a week, both on my iPad and iPhone.

This app is simple, has a nice layout, and it has everything I need to accomplish my banking online! I’m very happy with it!
Statement Unable to Print

Everything seems to work well. The only problem I have is with printing the statements. It let’s you see them, but not print them? It shows you the the option, but it’s grayed out and you can’t use it.
FIX ASAP!

Okay so, I go to my settings and I go all the way down to SAFE app, it seems that it does not have the “Notifications” access for the app. How will I know what I do with my mobile banking if it does not have the notification access?? FIX please

The app still doesn’t work with my iPhone X. It’s not formatted to fit the screen nor does it utilize Face ID..... The phone has been out for awhile now
Won’t load transactions

I have an iPhone 8 and the newest version won’t load transactions for account. It spins until it eventually times out. Needs work.
Used to be great, now has errors

Lots of bugs and load time is impossible. Regular error messages and can’t even check my balance half of the time. Sadness

I’ve had a few issues after updates, but they usually get it fixed pretty quick. Has all the functionality that I need in a banking app.
