While their app needs some improvement you can call and they answer the phone fairly fast. They also take their time to listen and help you out with anything you need. Just called five minutes ago and wish I renumbered the lady's name to send her a thank you.
Latest Update Has Problems

This latest version is full of huge font and bubbly texture making it harder to keep information private. It’s hard to check my account when the person beside or behind me can see what’s in my account as clear as I can. Also this new version bugs out a lot. Numerous times I have gotten an “Application Error” pop-up, meaning I can’t see my statements unless I go to the Safe website. Very inconvenient. The latest version needs some serious work. I have been with Safe for 5+ years and have never had problems until now. I have an iPhone 7 Plus and it just isn’t working as seamless with my phone as the previous versions have.

This app is terrible. It’s slow, always loading. I feel like we are back in the stone ages. Someone from their IT department needs to improve this app. I can never access my account and it’s forever loading. It would be faster just to use a computer. This app is futile.

I am running the latest OS on an iPad Pro and I can’t get into my accounts on this app. I have tried deleting and a re-install, no help Any help you can enlist would be greatly appreciated
