You guys need to do a update, each day that I am get up my sleep thin not connecting right, got to Close the app and restart it to wake up, you did and update two weeks ago and now it miss up more.
My new S+ is worthless

My S+ worked for about a day. Because it relies on this app, which fails to connect, crashes repeatedly and requires several attempts to even log in, it is now about as useful as a paperweight. The only instructions ResMed has for this are to unplug the unit and re-pair "within one minute of restarting the device." Well, it takes over a minute for the app to sense the device is even on! I doubt that ResMed even cares about this issue, as their own user manual states that the device is compatible with iPhones up to the 5s and iOS only up to system 7.

I have no idea if this app or the decide actually works because I can't get logged in to the app. There is a way to reset the password, which I have done a half a dozen times with no luck. There is a way to connect user support which I have done however I have not heard from anyone. This is a waste of money!!!

Same issues as everyone else don't buy I'm sending back ASAP Bad customer service no help at all Sounded like out of country Please don't waste ur money It's a great idea but to many bugs !!!

Not sure what the bad reviews are all about, I think the deuce is great and haven't had any issues. I love the relax to sleep feature and the fact I can see not only my sleep times but also deep and Rem sleep. My sleep score was pretty bad to start with but I am getting better!
Not Connecting to S+

I have had my S+ for a few months and it has worked great but since the last app update my connection to the S+ has been getting worse and now it simply doesn't connect. So I haven't been able to use my S+ for more than a week. ResMed please fix it!!

I NEVER take the time to write reviews, but after the savage rating this app received almost deterred me from buying, I felt the need to step in. I have an iPhone 6S running iOS 10.2 and after downloading the app; it synced the first time, allowed me to create an account, has never crashed, automatically detects the clock each night before bed, has never broken contact through the night, and has never failed to initiate the morning alarm. I'm not sure what everyone's issues are with, but I have had a flawless experience with the entire product. It works, I no longer dread falling asleep or waking up, worth 3x what I paid for it. Would highly recommend to anyone.
