So far my first experience booking my flight is really confusing. As a passenger I just find out we need to pay for everything. Even my seat. DO NOT BE FOOL BY THEIR PRICES. My flight was originally €220 it’s now almost €300 Carry on €15 Check in bag €25 Seat €15 Fast metal control €6 I’m sure water will be €6 And nuts be €5 This is unacceptable on an international flight. You are a manipulator in disguise. If your prices will be considerable cheeper I understand your policies but now I’m paying more than a reputable and proper airline. SHAME!!!
Can’t get my mobile pass

It won’t tell me why I can’t get my mobile pass but says I have to print from a desk top. That totally defeats the entire point of a mobile app!
Cluttered and confusing

Maybe they want it that way, but this app is cluttered and confusing. I had already reserved seat 1A and paid for extra baggage and faster check-in, but the app kept trying to sell me these same things. Cheap travel is a great thing, trying to rip-off customers isn’t.
Criminal company

Terrible!! This is the app for a company who’s business practices are deplorable. They have hidden fees. They are crooks. This app functions to aid in their criminal activities. I wish I could give 0/5 star
App unusable

As soon as I open the app I notice very low performance. As I navigate to my boarding passes, performance drops even more. At the end, app is simply idle on some loading screen and I cannot get my boarding passes. Not cool.
Checkin scam €55

How is this even legal? I tried registering online over the phone and it said that I’m all done and I need to print the pass at the airport. I show up their and they tell me that I didn’t checking on time and now have to pay €55 to get my boarding pass. I tried telling them that I did checkin 2 hours before boarding and that the site told me that I need to come to the register. They only said that there is no proof of that?! Seriously?! How is this not a scam and how is it even legal?!

With the latest update the app became so ridiculously slow and buggy that I can’t even login.
