Why what gives it was never this buggy why now

I love this game, the art and stuff is cool and the game itself is entertaining

Me being a RWBY fan helps that I can play a fun RWBY game while waiting for the next season. Its fun seeing all the characters and talking to other people about the show. All I want now is more characters, which they are doing. I would also like a trivia mode in the plaza that way you could see how well you know the show with friends and compete against one another.

Not a lot of fun losing trophies to accounts 3 levels higher than you who are 300 trophies higher than you. Makes getting to the next arena crumby. No one likes getting completely overpowered because you can’t compete it takes the competitiveness out of the game. I know it’s pay to win but if I could be matched with accounts that are the same or even just one level different I’d be a lot happier. Otherwise a fun game I understand it’s pay to win but I still think this can be fixed to match you closer to your own level.

This game is really one of the most epic rwby games especially on your phone. I’m gaggging

If you keep pairing lower lvl people up against highter lvl people the games not gonna be fun anymore

I really do enjoy this game going head to head with another player using the characters we know and love except when I’m matched against players 2 levels higher than me constantly and on some occasions 3 levels higher than me. You’re expected to lose often. In order to level up you need gold, if you want gold you can get in from playing matches and winning will get you a crate with cards and gold that way you can level up your units. This does not cover you very well though as I can’t get gold to back up the high costs demands of leveling up units, and if you do not level up in units you do not level up your account. You are practically required to lose multiple times in order to play against people at your level. I’m currently level 6 while playing consistently against level 8. In under 6 matches it actually forced me against someone was level 10, A WHOPPING 4 levels over me! If this is the case why aren’t I ever placed against someone lower level than me? There is no reason to place against someone 2+ levels higher than I in the middle of the day

This game is fun like the first 5 arenas then u start fighting thicc whales who live in their parents garage or attic who work part time at McDonald’s and only use their money on this game to get a stacked roster and pick on the f2p units. Pls tell me why I’m lvl 5 and I’m being paired against level 10 pls tell me why that is a thing.

Balance not fixed?

So I’m here to talk about the game balance I.E the levels I’m level 6 but I get put with opponents who are about 2-4 levels ahead of me making me have less of a chance to win in fact it gives them an “easy” win I’m not sure whether it has to do with skill on my part but it’s ridiculous on the scaling it’s done I love this game but again the level balance needs to be fixed I have no problem with 1 level ahead or below as it’s fair game for both parties but please take into consideration about this

This game could be good if the developers would actually fix it. First off there is the connection issues. It shouldn’t be lagging as much as it does when I’m on WiFi. I’ve literally lost 3 matches cause of connection issues and when I spoke to customer service about I got a “we can’t do anything about it cause we can’t tell if it’s people rage quitting or just a server issue” excuse. Another is the stupid trophy/level system. I shouldn’t be facing people who have double my level in low level arenas and dealing with people who are dumping out 5, 6 and 7+ drop cards one after another. And to top off this mess they just released an update and add more to the issues rather than actually penalise player who have VERY spotty w/l ratios or connection to the game.
