I’ve been playing for years and love this game. It’s challenging and a stress reliever. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Update: Watching round replay it is clear: After after the June-July fupkdate, Tournament Play recorded opponents use boosters at much higher rates than real players can afford. Opponent score suddenly starts jumping up around 59-second point, sometimes going for several more seconds past round’s normal 60 sec. When my coins stash is gone, so am I. The fupkdate did a bit of useful simplification (got rid of “ink”) but seemed mostly aimed at revenue enhancement by forcing use of power-up boosters that cost real $$ or require watching multiple video ads or filling out lame surveys. Removed free-to-play weekly events. I’ve been Ruzzle fan from beginning. Paid for no-ads, but didn’t mind watching a video once in a while to get team-play boosters. Much less fun, more frustrating than before. Now the same booster used to cost a single video-ad view now costs 4 video-ad views (15 coin x 4 to buy 50 point booster) when used to be 1. Four times the effort (or more if you can stand the surveys) of earlier major version. Worse, team-play simulated / recorded opponents now use boosters so often is nearly impossible to win rounds without buying boosters. Our team is demoralized, may disband. Having team-play recorded opponents using so many boosters might be based on the pre-crazy boosters economy, but not now. This is not really fair since it doesn’t reflect how much most players can afford to use boosters — much less than before.

I always enjoyed playing weekly tournaments.....not anymore! I’ve been a fan for at least 6 years. Pay to play now. So very disappointed in what the developers have done with this game. Once coins are gone, so am I. Do NOT bother with this app! They’re only out for $$$. Kind of like a bad casino game.

Always cutting corners. Reducing free coins from 20 to 15? Your time would be better spent add legitimate words to your dictionary. **** Not a fan of the latest update. Chips aren't earned at the same rate as ink was earned. And now we have to cash in to play the weekly tournament? Ugh. Plus with the add-on of time or extra TW tiles means that it's no longer a level playing field. Why'd you have to muck up a good game?

The most recent update makes it even more difficult in an already subpar system to obtain boosters. Please spare the disingenuous responses on looking at ways to improve and just own he fact that you’re trying to add cash flow while diminishing the joy of the game.
Game freezes without perfect internet connection.

I live a bit outside of my town and our wifi/cellular isn’t great. While I’m playing a match, (which is timed, by the way) my game sometimes freezes and I lose a lot of time. Why do you need a internet connection the whole time instead of just to submit your score after time is up? Makes no sense. Game is unplayable for me.
