Why won’t my sessions upload?

The app months ago would back up my biking sessions to their server. It stopped doing that in January. Yes I made contact with app support but there was no resolution. It still won’t back up my sessions. If I delete the app, I’ll lose months of data. If not for this I would’ve given 5 stars.

I like that it announces the time and distance every mile and it’s simple to use

Love this app. Just wish it could integrate with Apple Health, but other than that, it’s great!

It's my favorite bike app, but I down graded it for lack of Apple Watch support and auto pause. I don't understand why they have it for the sister app, Runtastic, but not this one.
